After-School Sewing

Our after-school classes offer a lot of flexibility for each students individual needs. This class is designed for students who have taken a beginning sewing class and are capable of working independently. We love it when our students know what they want to make, but we have plenty of ideas if needed. If you have any questions please be sure to contact us.

Winter After-School Classes

What: 1.5 hr group classes of 3-4 stedents

When: January21-February 14

Mondays: jan 27, feb 10 3:30-5(2 weeks) $54

Tuesday: jan 21,28,feb 4,11- 3:30-5(4 weeks) $108

Wednesday: jan 22,29, feb 5,12- 3:30-5 (4 weeks) $108

Thursday: jan 23,30, feb 6,13 -3:30-5 (4 weeks) $108

Friday: jan 24,31,feb 7,14- 3:30-5 (4 weeks) $108

Where: Notions Garden Studio, O St. In Eureka.

Cost: $27 per class paid for as a series

All basic supplies are included. If extra supplies are needed for a bigger project we will discuss the extra cost or what to bring.

Pre Requisites: students must have taken a sewing safety and instruction class and be able to work independently.

Projects: Projects are chosen by the students. I have an assortment of projects to choose from that range from simple to complicated stuffed animals, bags, clothing, aprons, room decor, doll cloths and more. I let the student choose what inspires them and try to keep them learning new skills with each project even if all they want to sew is stuffed animals! On average a small project takes 1- 2 classes and larger more involved projects can take 4-6 classes or more. Times will vary based on skill and age.
